Sov, sova, sovande, sovit,

Vaknande, Vaknar, Vaken

Duscha, prata, sjunga, gå, titta, hålla, tänka, känna, ringa, skrolla,

amma, bajsa, natta, amma, bajsa, amma, natta

The exhibition Postpartum explores the time after childbirth from the artists’ personal experience, and presents works that were begun during this period. Through these works, Jardemark examines the possibilities of thinking beyond the separation of you/me and alone/together. Let the audio guide you between these rooms in which still and moving objects have been placed; a scenographic staging of a story about a major life change.

Linnea Jardemark (b.1990) lives and works in Gothenburg. She works primarily with performance and installation, often with interactive or participatory elements. Her work examines our relationship to matter and space as well as to each other as individuals. Jardemark holds a BFA from Akademin Valand, Gothenburg (2018).
